I had the ding dong cake today
and it is really the most delicious decadent cake
I've ever had. The fudge icing was dark and
boarded on bittersweet and the buttercream filling
was so rich I was in heaven. The name is
appropriate...every item is Essential to our every
day well being!

As a part of our summer
tasting series, Essential Chocolate Desserts,
Westside Pavilion's dessert destination, is holding
a Chocolate Brownies and Dessert Bar tasting.
Essential Chocolate Desserts has become famous for
our indulgent desserts such as our Gourmet Ding
Dongs, Moon Pies, Cupcakes, and Brownies.
Not all brownies are created equal. There are
thousands of different recipes and varieties of
brownies and dessert bars. This is your opportunity
to taste our most favorite brownies including our
classic chocolate with and without walnuts, white
chocolate raspberry, peanut butter and a few new
ideas that we decided to try.
Our fifth event in our Summer Tasting Series, you
will enjoy tastings of 8 different dessert bars and
brownies and a regular drink for $5.00. (Coffee,
Tea, Soda, water, or Milk- premium espresso and
other drinks extra). RSVP's are requested since this
event will have limited samples. See below for
reservation instructions.
Also included is a nice 20% discount on your entire
order while at the tasting.
