After being open since April 2010, we have decided that our second location at Westside Pavilion has not been as successful as we had hoped.

Eric and I have decided to place our sole focus on our Culver City bakery and retail location.

Over the months we have received great feedback from many current and new customers on everything from our Bakery Items, French Macarons, and Lappert's Ice Cream.

From this feedback we have decided to:

Extend the bakery hours:
Monday - Thursday- 8AM to 8PM
Friday & Saturday- 8AM - 10PM
Sunday 12 Noon to 8PM

Keeping our terrific staff:
With the extended hours at the bakery most of our terrific staf from Westside Pavilion will continue on with us to offer the same dedicated service you deserve.

Continue to sell Lappert's Ice Cream:
There are many delicious flavors that Lappert's offer and we'll continue to sell your favorite flavors. Click here for a listing of the available flavors and email us at info@essentialchocolate.com to send us your desired flavor. We receive deliveries every two weeks and only have 12 spaces so it may take a while to bring in but we'll give it a try. We can also order a 3 gallon container for you to purchase so let us know if your interested and allow 3 weeks for delivery.  

Continue to offer a full line of French Macarons:
Many customers have come to love our delicious French Macarons. With over 12 different flavors there are many flavors to choose from including some holiday favorites. They make the perfect bite size snack or a beautiful gift for that special someone for Valentine's Day.
